Twice out of the first round...playoffs in only a handful of seasons...drafting in the top 10..I don't know, I'm just done with the mediocrity. Constant lineups, trucks in the concourse, and stale game day presentations are part of my beef too.
The whole CalgaryNEXT fiasco didn't help either. I always thought I'd have to give up my tickets when they built a new arena, as I imagined I wouldn't be able to afford seats, but it doesn't look like that will even be a concern for the next 5 to 7 years.
Anyway, I'm curious to hear the reasons other STH aren't renewing.

So why this year then? As you stated, you aren't happy with the on ice results, but as you point out its been a common theme for a long time, so what pushed you over the edge?
You talk about the poor concourse situation and line ups, but again, that's not new. And then in a weird way, you complain about CalgaryNext being a fiasco (not sure why) but in the same breath suggest you always thought the new rink would force you out, but now that it's 5 years away, you are going to give up tickets. So you hate the facilities, but always thought the solution to the facility problems would be the end of your ability to keep tickets, but your also super pissed that the solution (the one that was going to be what forced you out) isn't forcing you out fast enough, so your out?
To be honest, sounds a little like your having a tantrum after a tough season and loss and are chucking everything against the wall to see what sticks. Cool if you no longer see the value, but this enough is enough facade you are trying to pull is silly. We have a great ownership and operations group here who at least tries to win, invests in the community and team each year. Stop your crying.
