He could have just shut the consultations down, say the city didn't feel they were productive, and move on. But not Nenshi, these people have pissed on a project he supports, he had to go the extra mile and excuse them of violence and threats, etc. Maybe these were present, but I doubt he can ever prove it (there would be a video or email by now), and a person in his position ought to know better than to throw those accusations around, especially to a bunch of affluent people.
I actually think he does know better, but he's read so many of his own press clippings that he thinks he can do whatever he wants.

So you can't provide any evidence (i.e. Court Documents/Files) that Nenshi has had more legitimate lawsuits filed against him than frivolous as it is too difficult to prove but there must be clear video evidence that City employees are being subject to abuse? I think someone is going the extra mile but their name doesn't rhyme with Spendshi...
