Not really, Hillary just dominated by massive margins and she got the bulk of the delegates as a result. Georgia and Texas just happen to be two of the eight largest states in America, and she won both by 35+%. Bernie is just winning smaller states which hurts his count. He's just struggling to attract outside young people. And if Trump is the nominee with the Latino populations of those states, they could even be in play for the Dems.
