Wondering if this is worth a discussion. TJ has arguably been the Flames best dman this season, tied for top 10 in dman scoring, second best +/- player in the top 10 scoring but playing on the worse defensive team in the league, and logs a ton of ice time for the team.

Does he get any considerations? Thoughts?
