My dad owned a Hyundai new from the dealer and it was great mechanically but their after service had a few issues. He was having problems with the keys they provided and the immobilizer all the time and it took them 4 different service calls to fix properly.
Basically it seemed like the service dept staff didn't know what to look for until we complained to the manager and he stepped in and sorted things out. Not sure if this was a training problem or just with the specific dealer.
Mileage was good and the car overall was great otherwise.
