Each airline will have their own rules and the traveller usually has to state specific health conditions at booking, to see if the airline will then permit travel for that passenger.
Some airlines only permit one or two passengers with oxygen tanks on a flight.
Some airlines will not allow the passenger to bring their own oxygen tanks and instead require the passenger to purchase tanks from them.
Most airlines will also require a doctor's certificate.
