The fact that there is so much confusion, and everyone seams to have a different answer for why we aren't getting screwed leads me to believe we are getting screwed. I'm un-trusting that way. "No no, you are misunderstanding. See, you get an extra Saturday because that's how it works! Ignore the fact you are working on a Monday, that's irrelevant!"
Sounds like a scam to me.
