Too small and too old when this team is going to be a contender. Good return given his underperformance this year and how he disappeared in the playoffs.
We will be a bubble team for next year and possibly the year after (if goaltending not fixed), probably we begin our ascent in the standings to a top 12 team in 17/18 or 18/19.
Honestly think our window will be 3 to 5 years starting in 2018/19 season. Probably making our last first round pick for awhile after the 2017 draft, after that we are likely a top 16 team and looking for help at the deadline.
