Exactly. People are more health-conscious these days compared to 20 years ago. I'm surprised the food guide still suggests 8 servings of grains for males 19-50 yrs old.
I'll usually have a box of cereal in the cupboard for days where I have nothing else but it probably lasts me 2-3 months now. I typically eat eggs or yogurt & granola for breakfast now, both of which are more work than cereal.
I ate cereal practically every day growing up so now I'm sick of it and I struggle finding any cereal I can enjoy.
