At least 5 'phones'. Anyone with a new vehicle and something like OnStar will have a number for that as well, regardless of whether they actually use it. Add in people who have work phones (cell and land line) and it's pretty easy to see how one person can 'use' 3-4 numbers. That said, 587 has been out for quite some time now and I can honestly say I do not know anyone with that prefix nor have I ever called a 587 number. Hard to believe it is at capacity now.
