I think it's pretty obvious that Wideman thinks he doesn't deserve a suspension, even after the proceedings. Frankly, I think that's fairly good evidence that this was a complete accident. If there was ever any intent, for even half a second, Wideman would likely say, "I guess a deserve a small suspension."
