Disagree. You tell the team that they play to win no matter what, if anything tell them that they have to improve on the defensive side of the puck. Ortio hasn't been much worse than Hiller and Poulin could turn out to be good.
I think it's more deflating knowing what you have with Hiller. The team is probably thinking they have a chance to win as long as they don't give up a shot on net when Hiller is in.
