If a KHL or European team offers him a guaranteed contract, that may be Ramo's best option for next year.
Unless the Flames nab an elite NHL goalie which would be highly unlikely the team will need 2 capable goalies at the start of the year. So seems pretty likely we see 2 new goalies next year.

KHL and Euro seasons start even earlier. He is going to have to hope for a full recovery and some devastating NHL goalie injuries next season. Like the Price thing - maybe somebody will throw him a bone in January 2017...
