There's a place in Phoenix called the Queen Creek Olive Mill (
https://www.queencreekolivemill.com/) where they grow their own olives and make their own olive products (oils, different types of stuffed olives). If you're ever down there it is a must visit. They make these mesquite smoked olives stuffed with blanched marcona almonds... it's not even fair how good these things taste.
