So you spend $2K upfront just so you can sell the car for an extra couple hundred bucks at the end?
The problem with a lot of these systems (especially nav) is that most of them are relatively old tech as soon as you buy them, and often functionally obsolete by the time you sell them (if you're keeping it for 5+ years). Personally, the last thing I want in my car is old tech that I dont use but may have to replace.
