I think Hartley is a good coach overall, even though he's made mistake this year. I think Treliving will also be a pretty good GM. Teams with continuity tend to be more successful. So even though neither of them have been great this year, I hope they stay around.
Burke on the other hand, should leave ASAP. It's amazing how much damage he did during his short time as GM. I also hope his awful amateur evaluation skills don't affect out scouting.

Seems like a big bunch of "meh" to me, unless you think Sven had superstar potential before Burke rustled his Jimmies by publicly telling him to play in all 3 zones.
