I'll just parrot everyone else.
Hartley is a lock for the rest of the year in my eyes, next year is where things get questionable but I think the calendar year ends in 17 when it happens (at the earliest).
I'm a lot less crazy about his assistant coaches than I am about him. Hartley has been good, but the team as a whole has had a rough time dealing with the performance of some guys on the roster.
