Actually I think Hiller's gear is reasonable and not "maxed out". That's his problem - he's a blocking goalie and he's not very big and his gear isn't very big. That's why he lets in stinkers.
A lot of the blocking goalies will start to look more like Hiller if they make the gear smaller. Look at Anderson or Bishop's gear
