He hasn't been able to get the most out out of a lot of players outside of Grant and Agostino, so I can't see him returning next season.

Klimchuk was used in a defensive role to get him to improve his 200 ft game. More recently he's being used on the first/second lines and he's putting up points. Poirier was learning a new way to do things in the first two months and a bit, but since then has been producing at a similar clip as he was year. Arnold's been hurt most of the year, and Shore just plain sucked through December, he was terrible in training camp as well, so it might have been just a period of suck for him.
The only high quality D prospect in Stockton is Kylington. Everyone else is kind of mediocre overall.
