The Rangers with an impressive win as they beat the Penguins 3-0. Lundqvist with 34 saves for the SHUTOUT. Great defense by the Rangers as they held Crosby off the score sheet. The win puts the Rangers 6 points ahead of the 9th place Devils. The Red Wings beat the Senators 3-1 which helps Detroit get out of a 5 way log jam in the eastern conf. standings and 3 points up on the Devils. The Canucks win their 2nd in a row on the road with the help of their moms attending the road trip. They defeat the Coyotes 2-1 in reg time. Hansen scored the GWG in the 2nd period and Miller faced 34 shots in the win.
