Meh - Flames pulled out a win. That's what counts. First two periods were really good, third not so much.
I thought Backlund continued on his streak of strong games. Count me in as someone that would hate to see him being moved. He seems so much more persistent on the puck and is winning key battles much more regularly.
Man, is Kadri ever still a little pukey punk. I do wonder if the NHL will do anything about his 'cut-throat' motions. It is actually players like these that I never mind seeing leveled every odd game. He kept his head down and got stood up hard, and then cries like a baby. I remember years ago when he got sent down and the Toronto Sun posted up that pic trying to draw a reaction - never thought they were foreshadowing the punk he is:
