I was just perusing some player profiles on the new site and found something kind of funny but stupid.
https://www.nhl.com/player - I typed in Sean's name so it could take me to his profile, a bar pops up auto-filling for the player and they list his status as a Veteran.
Same with Gaudreau. Then I typed it in for Dylan Larkin and they list him as a rookie. So everyone who isn't a first-year player or retired is apparently a "veteran".
