That's not disturbing. Unless our plan is going to reverse the effects, I'm not sure we should cripple the economy.

There probably isn't. But there is a constitutional right to equality.

He think syou can't win against terrorism with intellect and that if you use the military it should be to engage and win not just pinpricks.

Not a crazy strategy. This death by a thousand paper cuts isn't really working. Maybe a ripping the band-aid off is the right solution.
