Am in Vegas quite a bit for work and one piece of advice I don't think I've seen here is this:

It's a few mins off the strip, east on Sahara tucked in a strip mall complex. But if you like Thai food, it's not to be missed. Every time I'm in Vegas I make sure to eat there at least once and there's always celebrities there as it's world renowned. One of the best wine selections in Vegas as well. It's so popular you often need a reservation if you're in a large group but a couple can often be slid in on the fly. I've never had trouble calling a few hours prior as well. As good as it is, the price is also quite reasonable as well.
