Hi Guys,

Got a family member who wants to sign a purchase agreement on a new townhome (hasn't been built yet). Before she does, was looking to have a lawyer review the contract with her. Was wondering a couple things:

1) in CP's experience, was the use of a lawyer worth it?
2) if so, recommendations would be appreciated
