One could argue that Muzzins stats are a bit inflated on a powerhouse team where Buffs stats are marginalized a bit by playing with the Jets. The Jets as a whole have under performed greatly this season.
I am of the opinion that this is the case, and I am not taking away from Muzzin in any way really, just thinking that the gap is greater but not easy to see with eyes only. To me and it's my thoughts only, that Buff is easily worth 3m more.

Scoring wise? No, IMO, Muzzin's stats are deflated by playing for Sutter (just like Doughty's are). Loosen the reins on Muzzin and Doughty a bit and watch them get points.
