I take 26 year old Jake Muzzin over 30 year old Dustin Byfuglien.

Especially considering Muzzin is only going to cost you $4 million for the next 4 seasons after this one, and Byfuglien is going to cost you $7 million +.

Byfuglien only has 2 more points than Muzzin this season. Give me the cheaper, younger, and just as productive player every day of the week. Not to mention that Muzzin plays in a defensive system that is more restrictive for d-men to put up points.

Byfuglien is a bigger game breaker on defense, but the Kings already have that in Doughty.
