Rubio was always the establishment guy after Jeb fell apart (or didn't even start really). Cruz/Trump is still not settled as the anti-establishment opponent, but they have over half the vote combined. Trump will win New Hampshire and we'll still be in a three way race. Trump is definitely suing Cruz to get him out.
