went to sheldon chumir at night, so i felt happy i was able to get ultrasound the next day.
looking back, i should've been more proactive and tried to get a second opinion or ask for a referral to another surgeon. now it's the weekend so monday is pretty much my first available date anyways
i'd be fine with going non surgical, but the problem is i don't even have anything close to a cast right now and as a result it's hard to rest my foot on anything without it turning/shifting a bit. right now i literally have an ankle splint that goes from the top of my foot, up to mid calf and another splint wrapped around that one in the middle of my foot, held together by bandages
also i'm concerned that every morning when i wake up, i can feel the blood rushing to my foot and the pain comes back. sometimes it's almost as bad as when i injured it. just so weird to feel it pulsating (like a bag being overflowing with pressure building). i can move my toes so i know circulation is still adequate
