I wonder if people do see that most of Trump's economic policies so far are very liberal. Protectionism, anti free trade, against money in politics, tariffs left and right. That's what's so strange about him, take out Mexicans and Muslims and his policies are much closer to a moderate Republican. Granted his views on the Mexican and Muslim issues are extreme, but that's what makes him such an odd candidate. He's said a few extreme, crazy things, but otherwise he's closer to Bernie than he is Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz's craziness is flying deep under the radar, but he would be apocalyptic for America as President. Trump is a much better option than Cruz.
