Ya this is kind of what I thought. Add the fact that he follows through to hit him with his arms and also the fact that he completely ignores the linesman after the hit. If it was accidental I feel like he would have reacted a bit differently. I've watched the play two times so maybe I'm missing something but to me it didn't look like a complete accident.
