I really hope Hudler gets a lot of time on the top line tonight. I'm sick of seeing guys like Colborne, Jooris, Ferland, and Jones play there while sucking all of the offense away.
From the Flames website: "
The veteran winger has points in his last two games and looked a lot stronger in recent games than he did when he first returned from his groin injury. In his last five games, Hudler has four points and seven shots on net.
Hudler led the Flames in scoring against the Predators last season, scoring two goals and five points in three games. He also has more points against Nashville (12 goals, 31 points) than any other team in the NHL."
He's earned it. He is talented enough to actually be there. We need to increase his value. We need to get his mojo going. Sometimes the I think the memory of the coaching staff is a little too heavily dependent on what's happened very recently.
