What do you mean by that? Obviously you hope you can draft first overall if you miss the playoffs, but the NHL needs to get rid of any hint of incentive to not play every game with 100% genuine effort to win.
When fellow flames fans say they don't mind the losses because it gives us an extra lottery ball or two, I think something is really broken in the system.
