It's all about moderation and regular exercise. I have managed to drink milk and juice my whole life and not turn into a Fatty McFatterson. Whenever I do plump out a bit, I find cutting beer out for a few weeks slims me down in a hurry. I wonder how many of those belittling milk/juice drinkers drink beer regularly? I honestly have never even considered cutting out milk and juice. I don't drink a ton of either though, so maybe that's the trick (maybe a glass every other day of each). Obviously you will get fat guzzling gallons of sugar every day.
