Barkov: 163 games 90 points 36 goals -> 0.55 points per game. 0.22 goals per game.
Monahan: 202 games 125 points 67 goals -> 0.62 points per game. 0.33 goals per game.

Goal production generally validates a higher salary outside of the defense discussion. Nevertheless, excellent contract for Florida. Monahan around 6.5 to 7 million will most likely be the number. I'd personally still start at 7,5 and come down.

It'd be a toss up which player I take if only able to select one.
