College hockey isn't that high scoring compared to junior leagues so his numbers may look weak if anyone is used to seeing the gaudy numbers of CHLers. He's over a point per game this season, that's the kind of progression we were hoping to see. I have high hopes for him too but he may still need a year in the minors or two as well to really fill out into his frame and figure out how to use his body as an asset for puck protection.
