My guess is high, because I think its unlikely humanity will switch until it does so for economic reasons.
It's a huge prisoners dilemma, anyone who doesn't switch will be able to capture all the lifestyle upgrades of cheap, efficient, easily transportable energy at a lower cost if most countries stop using it. That country will then accrue huge increases in standard of living and productivity compared to the rest of the world, and significant economic advantages in tradeable goods and services.
