If they win a lotto pick they'd be better off trading it for an established defense man.
Or taking one of the forwards, and trading Draisaitl or RNH for an established D.
The Oilers can't really afford to wait on a just drafted defenseman, and there doesn't appear to be a Doughty in this draft that can step in and be solid.
