Download bluestacks, rip the Shaw Free Range app using APK saver from your android device and you should be in theory able to run this on windows.

Got it setup, didn't need to rip anything, just downloaded form the the Play Store. So the app itself works, but I get the error "we're sorry, but we're not able to handle this request right now. Please try again later".
