Good play, bad result. Got the lead and then played good defense the rest of the way. PP is the difference maker against the Flames here.
Gaudreau isn't quite feeling it right now. He still looks good compared to most but it isn't working out and you can see him fighting it.
Monshan had a strong game. Just a bit unlucky with his production. Just keep working hard like Bennett did and good things will come in big ways.
I don't like Mason Raymond. I feel Colborne would have been a better option against the Oilers... well, always. Colborne isn't having a great year but he does a good job of holding onto the puck and that'a a good thing against a team built of small talented forwards. But Raymond just didn't make good decisions.
I'm so hot and cold with Wideman. One second he makes a great play to get the puck out or keep the puck in, but then he just bobbles the puck the next time it comes to him. Sometimes he bobbles it and gets lucky. His veteran leadership is valuable on this young team but his play is not like last year.
Surprised with Hillers performance tonight. Good to see both goaltendera have put the start of year behind them.
