Rickman was, by far, my favourite actor. He elevated every single movie that he was in.

Of course, his Hans Gruber and Snape will be what he is remembered for but I love his role in Truly, Madly, Deeply a movie that will affect you. For anybody that hasn't seen it search it out on youtube.

This week has seriously sucked. Firstly my favourite singer of all time (a little surprising I realise) and then my favourite actor. I'm not somebody who cares one bit for celebrity but both of these passing affected me deeply.

Cancer seriously sucks. Lost my mother in her 50's to this #####ty disease too.
