What makes you say that? He had 87pts in 58 games his draft year which was good enough to be drafted 21st overall. Then he had an injury plagued draft + 1 season where he only played 30 games and had 51pts in 30 games. In the NHL he has 16pts in 42 games which is .38ppg.
Drouin had 105pts in 49 games in his draft year and then followed it up with 108 in 46. Those numbers are far superior but the Q is a higher scoring league. In the NHL he has 40pts in 89 career games which is .44ppg.
Drouin had better junior numbers, so far better NHL numbers and was a much higher draft pick and highly touted prospect. If the trade goes down I think the Blues add
