Born at the Foothills in '85. My dad is a bricklayer, and my mom does operations management. Grew up in Deer Run, spent most of my childhood running around Fish Creek. When I was 12, we moved to an acreage just southwest of Spruce Meadows. I lived there until I was 17. Went to UofC for my BA - studied under the Calgary School. Worked for Preston Manning for a few years. Had a brief foray to Ottawa for an MA. Came back for an aboriginal engagement consultant gig. Worked on just about every pipeline project running through BC. Now I do something else. Not sure what is next, but it looks like Vancouver.
I guess I will always be a Calgary boy though. It just feels like the best town there is.
