Rams pulled up shop in LA to go chase a better stadium in 1995, and now that's turned around. (The Angels then transformed the that multipurpose stadium into a baseball only stadium, and its very nice)
Ironically, same day that got approved in '95, the owner sold 30% of the Rams to the current owner, who since took full ownership, has now moved them back to LA, to a better stadium.

So to wrap up St. Louis, 4 winning seasons out of 21. 5 trips to the playoffs, 1 SB. The building they played in had the atmosphere of a warehouse.
Likely to play in the LA Coliseum for 3 seasons. NFC West will truly be west, with Arizona the only non-oceanfront city.
NFL is a lot different than it was in 1995. And, stadium issues seemed to have been the biggest issue for the Rams (and Raiders) in LA. That seems a non issue now for the Rams.
Who knows what happens with San Diego. League has given them $100m, which they could use to work out a stadium deal back in San Diego. Otherwise, they can be a tenant of the Rams-owned LA stadium.
As always, who really knows whats going on with the Raiders. They have no lease, have a terrible stadium, but a quirky owner who's unpredictable.
