Doing some renovations in the basement, and have decided to sell off my sectional.
Its a modular sectional, really only 1 piece has been worn out by use. Has 1 power recliner on the end, and a pushback chaise (the back reclines). It has an armless recliner, but the handle is broken, I am trying to track down a part for it and if I can, I will gladly fix it at no charge, but as of right now it does not work. It comes with a cupholder unit and the top part picks up for storage.
It measures out as shown 8 ft x 14 ft, but it being modular you can move the pieces around to make it more square like 10 x 11.

I have a 50" 1080 Sony. I replaced the bulb in this just last year so it should have quite a bit of life left (FYI: bulb costed roughly 150, and I put it in myself, really easy to do).
