Backlund wasn't as terrible as some are saying and he wasn't as great as some were saying. He made some good plays and some terrible plays but the fact is that he's very meh. I think he should be moved for a few reasons the most important one being he can be replaced from within. I think Granlund could replace him and the team really wouldn't suffer that much on the ice but would gain cap space. I think he's one of the players you shop and hope other teams see something in.

Ferland is awesome and I really liked him on the top line but when Frolik is healthy I think you put him on the top line and put Ferland with Bennett and see if those 2 combos work.

Seems like this team has the will but no the skill. It's good to see some players progress but there just aren't enough players trending in the right direction.
