No he doesn't. And he doesn't have any obligation to the Canadian Tourism Board, the Alberta 55 Plus Summer Games, the Medicine Hat Chamber of Commerce, the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Dairy Board, the Manitoba Association of Municipalities, or any of the other of the dozens of groups he meets with on a weekly basis as a glad-handing, stetson-giving representative of the city.
