After the 3rd viewing, I just can't help thinking Rey is Han and Leias child, and therefore Rens sister. The way Han acts around her and toward her, and the motherly embrace of Rey when they meet.
Two things that solidified my theory was when the low level henchman informs Ren that there was a girl with the escaped droid, and Ren force chokes him in a rage then attacks the computer in a tantrum.
The 2nd thing was when they are on the death star, and Finn says his one and only priority is to save his Rey, and Han tells Finn "don't worry, I promise we'll save the girl" . To me, classic Han would have claimed the girl is not his problem, nor a priority.
And during the flashback scene, it's absolutely Obi Wan's voice.
