Moved to Calgary in 1970. South city limits pretty well ended at Southland Dr and Macleod Tr and the population was about 375,000.

Both my children were born in Calgary, in the Holy Cross Hospital.

Here is a map of the city about that time with an overlay of where the city figured it would be mid 80's.
