Mike Johnston wrote an article about 7 teams he could see taking a run or being a good fit for Drouin. Flames were one of those teams with Wideman/Russell and a promising young forward being our trade bait.
If Wideman is in the deal then I suspect Carle would be as well. Based on what Tampa is looking for

Extra year on Carle at $5.5M. He would have to be given a look as Dougie's partner and Russell would have to be moved for picks/prospects. It would suck to lose Ferland but I don't think he is a top 6 guy but fills a huge roll on the team. I still make that trade and add as high as a 2nd rounder
